Do you offer delivery in Jordan?
Yes, we deliver across Jordan. Delivery fees and available options will be displayed at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping to Gulf countries ( KSA ,UAE , Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait ) and Palestine. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long does delivery take?
In Jordan 1-3 working days.
International shipping 5-7 working days.

How do I choose my size?

Can I customize the length of my scrub top?
Selected styles allow you to choose your preferred top length.
You can add the top's / pant's length required in the note box in the cart.

Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that the item is unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached.
Can I return my order?
We currently do not offer returns. Eligible items can only be exchanged according to our exchange policy.
Can I exchange an embroidered scrub?
No. Customized or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I add my clinic or hospital logo?
Yes, embroidery is available on selected orders. Please contact our team for details regarding logo placement and customization.
