Purchase Options

Customers can place their orders through our website or Instagram. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Jordan, as well as CliQ and other available online payment methods. For international orders, payment options may vary depending on the destination and available shipping services.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order is fulfilled or shipped, with a full refund issued for any payment already made. For orders within Jordan, cancellations made before shipping are free of charge, and the customer will not be responsible for any cancellation or shipping fees. For international orders, any applicable shipping costs may be deducted where the order has already entered the shipping process.

Customized or embroidered orders cannot be cancelled once the order preparation has started. No cancellation fees apply to eligible cancellations.

يمكن للعملاء تقديم طلباتهم من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني أو عبر Instagram. نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام (COD) داخل الأردن، بالإضافة إلى CliQ وطرق الدفع الإلكتروني المتاحة. أما بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، فقد تختلف طرق الدفع حسب الدولة وخدمات الشحن المتاحة.

سياسة إلغاء الطلب

يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب في أي وقت قبل تجهيز الطلب وإرساله (Fulfilled/Shipped)، مع استرداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع مسبقًا. بالنسبة للطلبات داخل الأردن، يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن دون أي رسوم، ولا يتحمل العميل أي تكاليف إلغاء أو شحن. أما بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، فقد يتم خصم أي تكاليف شحن مستحقة في حال كان الطلب قد دخل بالفعل في عملية الشحن.

الطلبات المخصصة أو المطرزة لا يمكن إلغاؤها بمجرد بدء تجهيز الطلب. ولا يتم فرض أي رسوم على عمليات الإلغاء المؤهلة.
