  At The Scrub Project, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all of our customers, we kindly ask you to review our exchange policy below:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, we do not offer a try-on service.
  • Custom embroidered items, including scrubs and lab coats, are made especially for you and therefore are not eligible for exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange.

• • • يمكن طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
    • يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم أو مغسول، مع بقاء جميع البطاقات (Tags) مرفقة به.
    • حرصًا على أعلى معايير النظافة، لا نوفر خدمة تجربة المنتج قبل الشراء.
    • المنتجات التي تحتوي على تطريز مخصص (سواء السكرابات أو اللاب كوت) تُجهز خصيصًا لكم، لذلك لا يمكن استبدالها.
    • الطلبات الدولية غير مؤهلة للاستبدال.
